During these months I learnt a lot, I feel that I recover the English that I had 5 years ago, speaking and writing, rehearse is very difficult, because there is no time.

I am not good at righting but I did my best, I now that I was a bit irresponsible, but sometimes there is no time!

What I liked most during this semester was writing about topics that involve my feelings, a hope, talking about my own was an exercise of personal knowledge. There were two post I enjoyed most, the one that I relate my birthday and the that I describe my favorite movie, I think Both of them shows what I am thinking nowadays.

There were post I didn´t enjoy so much, for example, when we had to comment some notice, or when I had to invent something unreal to make the most a bit longer or more interesting.

I think one of the most interesting blogs was the one that belongs to Francisca Cousiño, I noticed we have common things and common places above all when we had to speak about restaurants she mention 2 of my preferences.

The most attractive blog is mine, obviously (jajajaj), full of feeling, good writing I think It´s going to be the one that is going to receive a good mark even though it is not complete.

“The big Fish”

The first time I watch this movie, it doesn´t make me too much sense, I thought that it was confusing, full of fantasy, completely unreal. It was very difficult for me to follow the story, plenty of “back stories” and characters. I think it was because I didn’t have the experience and real conscience of life, because in 2003 I was only 13 years old.

Even though, the movie had really good actors working on it, Ewan McGregor, Albert Finney, Billy Crudup, Jessica Lange, Marion Cotillard, Alison Lohman, Steve Buscemi, Helena Bonham Carter and  Danny DeVito.

It was supposed to be directed by Steven Spielberg, but finally Tim Burton took the challenge and put his sign on it.

A few days ago, I watch the film again, certainly my opinion change about it, it became my favorite movie.

The story show us the relation between father and son, an absent father and a son with lots of doubts about who really was his father, this son built his life listening different stories , as I said before, stories plenty of fantasy . The father is dying, and the son want to discover the real story about his life but he didn’t receive answers, he only receive the same stories that he heard since he was young, but finally he understood why, he realized that not all the things were false and fantasies, he understood that his father was an story teller but an story teller of his own experience, and all the things that he knew during his life were a the consequence of experience.

I enjoy this movie because It makes me think in my relation with my father, we often blame them but I understood that nobody teaches the art of being father.

There are lots of things I would like to do before dying,   this time I’m going to make a list of ten and I’m going to divide it in two items, the first one is related with family and work topics that don’t depend only on me and the second item is related with those dreams that involves only my decision, my hopes, those crazy things that make you feel free and alive.

I.-

I want to end my career, because I know that with this fact many doors are going to be open.

I want to build a company linked with design and architecture, but I want to make a different business model that includes old crafts, to rescue them, focus on hand made process.

I want to get married and I want to have a couple of kids, build a family, this is one of my priorities and I`m going to feel disappointed if can`t fulfill that dream.

I want to continue studying, something related with administration, so I can manage my business in the perfect way.

I want to see my children grow, I want to make them happy, I want to see them doing whatever they want.

II.-

I want to learn to fly a plane, and travel all over my country.

I want visit Vietnam, Morocco and Egypt.

I want to learn how to dive, and explore the coasts of Greece.

I want to live at list one year in Buenos Aires, I love that city!

I want to have a big house in the countryside full of animals, horses, sheep and cows.

As you see all the things that I want to do before dying are not impossible, so I am going to work hard to achieve them.

Soda Estereo Chile 2007

I grew up hearing different kind of music, during my short life, I have gone to lots of concerts too, different bands, different styles, classic, pop or rock, music is music and when I have the opportunity to assist to a concert I don’t think it twice!  Even though there is one that I will never forgot, “Soda Estereo in Chile in 2007”, because I grew hearing them.
Me and my friends when we were teenagers used to organize meetings to watch the last concert of them. Every time was the same conversation about “How much would pay to see them together again?”, and the hole group agree that there was not an amount of money to have the opportunity to see them together an alive.
I don’t know if god or something hear our conversations but in our last school year we received the advice that “soda” would raise and they were coming to Chile. You can’t imagine how does it feel!.  The band that you expect during all your teenage years is going to be here and you have the opportunity to see them and hear them alive.
Obviously my friend and I bought the tickets immediately without thinking in price, as we talk years before.
The day of the concert we met us in the same house that we used to when we were younger; we prepare ourselves for the experience we were supposed to live with beer and roast beef, we had a really good time but it was nothing beside what we were supposed to live in few hours.
The concert took place at “Estadio Nacional”, once we were there I felt in another dimension, the only think that we wanted was hear my “favorite band”, It was something unforgettable, and there are no words to describe that moment.

I love eating out; I have a list of places that you must go if you’re here in Santiago, different prices for different occasions. For example, if you want a family environment you must go to “Element”, this restaurant is located Monseñor Edwards, La Reina; here you’re going to receive a warm attention, and the food is really something delicious, I recommend you to eat as appetizer shrimps involved with meat, they are really wonderful! About the price, it is not something cheap, you have to consider something like $18.000 per person, but once you’re inside the restaurant, you are going to make sure that is a worthwhile experience of eating.

If you want something cheaper, maybe to invite your recent girlfriend I recommend you, Suki Sushi at Geronimo de Alderete, Vitacura.  This place doesn’t have anything particular; eating here is not a gourmet experience, but you can eat something different for little money, the thing that makes it different is the relation that exists between price and quality, something important when you’re student. Here you’re going to need something like $15.000 with a drink included, for you and your girlfriend.

And I think this is the best datum of all, the place that I’m going to talk about is the best “picada” ever. “Juan y medio restaurant”, it is not international food but here you are going to eat a lot for few money. Here you are going to find typical Chilean food, but the particular thing that this place gives you, is the size of dishes, when you look at them you really don’t think that you are going to be able to eat everything.

Facebook accounts could be used to prove identity to access public services

Soon people in United Kingdom are going to be able to access to the official government services, using Facebook or Banking login. This is going to make easier lots of paperwork and in a safe way.
You are going to be able to make consultancy and also request documents online, and through the same site that you currently use.
But there is something that is making noise, everyone can create a profile on Facebook, How can you make control of identity, thinking that everyone can create a profile?

One of the things that I love to do is paint, when I was 14 years I took some lessons of how to draw and paint faces, this started as something to kill  time and in few months became a hobby, I didn’t notice but sometimes I was drawing the whole day.  Since I knew that I love arts I decided to go on learning different techniques and I started to go to a sculptor workshop, in that place I learn how to work with “clay” and cook it to make ceramic, it was a really good experience and I started to feel an “artist”, obviously a child thought, because I didn’t have the skills to consider me like an artist.  Then I enter to the University to study Architecture, people said that was the career where I will learn different things to complement what I used to want to, but that was not real, I entered an I didn’t have time to continue painting, drawing and sculpting, all those things that I used to do were covered by planes, computer and 3D models, and is not the same!. Now that I am finishing my career I would like to return to my passion, maybe complement what I used to do with what I learn in this five years, But I know that I am going to prepare myself, I would like to learn or study more about sculpture, maybe other techniques related with steel, weld and all those staff.
